- Data Storage (Baserow): All your personal, medical, and logistical information is stored in our private, self-hosted database on a secure server located in Germany. It is not stored with a large third-party cloud provider.
- Automation (n8n): Our automation workflows run on our own self-hosted server, meaning your data is processed within our secure environment.
- Forms (Tally): We use Tally to collect your initial application and form data. Tally is a GDPR-compliant service, and the data is immediately and securely transferred to our private database upon submission.
- Transactional Emails (MailerSend): We use MailerSend to send you emails related to your booking. Only necessary information (like your name and email address) is shared with MailerSend to facilitate these communications.
- Website Analytics (Plausible): Our analytics platform is self-hosted. It does not use cookies and does not track personal information, ensuring your browsing remains private.
- Phone Country Code Lookup: To make our forms easier to use, we perform a one-time, anonymous lookup of your IP address via the
ipapi.co
service solely to pre-select your country code in the phone number field. This information is not stored or linked to your personal data.
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal or medical information with any other third parties for marketing purposes.
